Welcome to North Ringwood Uniting Church

Our motto is MAKE A DIFFERENCE.  Fantastic people in this congregation live out their faith in practical ways, making a difference in the local community and through a range of international projects that we are partnering in.  Do you want to make a difference in your neighbourhood, or in distant places? Come and hear of the exciting opportunities.

North Ringwood Uniting Church has been part of the local community since the 1960s, originally offering only traditional Christian worship. We now offer a variety of worship styles and other programs each week. To find out more about what is on offer you can contact the church office or you would be warmly welcomed to share in Christian Worship and Fellowship, at any of the weekly services.  Click on the ‘Find out’ link for information about the services and times.

What to Expect

Coming to a new church can be a bit daunting.  Will I fit in?  Will I know what to do?  Our Sunday services have a very contemporary, relational feel to them.  We try to avoid using jargon words.  When our minister Andy speaks to us he seeks to uncover how the Biblical story is connected to our stories.  Hence we discover how relevant the Scriptures are to our lives.

All ages attend North Ringwood Uniting.  The music is led by a different band each week.  There is high participation of people, including at different times:  drama sketches, interviews and multimedia spots.

We start all together at 9.30 a.m. After a special time with the children - about 10.00 a.m. - the nrucKIDS ministry starts in the hall.

We want our guests to feel welcomed and encouraged in their faith.  Just in case you are wondering, the entire service runs for about an hour and a quarter.  We aim for the worship service and the children’s program to finish at the same time so that the children are under constant supervision.
